I’ve been going to Prim Senior Thai for years and have always found them incredibly welcoming and professional. I usually see the lady who owns the place, and she is simply exceptional — she gives the best deep tissue massage I’ve ever had.
I suffer from persistent knots in my upper back, and she manages to relieve the tension in just one session every time. Her skill is truly remarkable. Last year, I had a frozen shoulder and was in a lot of pain. After 3–4 physio sessions with little improvement, I went to Prim, and after just one session, my shoulder felt almost pain-free and much looser. She is unbelievable.

I booked a Thai massage. Prim asked me before start, if I had any tension or injury. Prim is very professional, kind and friendly. I had an excellent Thai massage and had hot stone massage too ( Prim didn't charge me for hot stone massage, it would be £5). After massage, i felt like im a new born. This it was an amazing massage I haven't had before. I recommended 100%

I recently had the most incredible deep tissue Thai massage with a Prim in Archway today.
I've had a lot of massages in my life, but this one was by far the most therapeutic. She really knew what she was doing, targeting my piriformis muscle, sciatica, legs, and glutes.
She even worked on my ribs and broke down scar tissue from previous chest strains that I'd completely forgotten about. It was an incredibly intense massage, but I'm moving so much freer now.
I highly recommend her! If you're looking for someone who can really get in there and work on those tough spots, she's your person.
The massage itself was amazing. She used a combination of deep tissue techniques and stretching to really work out all the knots and tension in my muscles.
I left feeling so much better than when I came in and was massaged in the ribs and didn't even go in there for that! But so please Prim worked on that as the release was unbelievable.
